I can't put a link from my phone, but I like Don McLean's The Grave. Well worth a listen.

been here before

The Pogues version of Eric Bogles And The Band Played Waltzing Matilda along with The Men They Couldnt Hang covering his Green Fields of France (No Mans Land) really are of the most emotionally things you'll ever hear.

Unfortunately I dont know how to do the embedding thing on my phone.

Billy Braggs Between the Wars, Jimmy Cliff's 'Vietnam', Paul Hardcastle's N-N-N-N-Nineteen, 1918 by Motorhead...

And of course there's Stand Ridgeways Camouflage or Status Quo covering In the Army Now.

Could the M.A.S.H theme, Suicide is Painless, be classed as anti-war?

There's a real sense of controlled passion in that particular performance by Clancy - my favourite version of the song ever.

Eton Rifles

A bomb in Wardour street

Going Underground

I'm not sure any of those songs are applicable to War.

Eton Rifles is about marching past the snobs at Eton.

A bomb in Wardour street is about an IRA terrorist attack.

Going Underground I'm not sure what the connection would be.
