Eldar Hadzimehmedovic
We look at this kind of thing a bit old fashioned now. Managers are much more dispensable than they used to be. There's pretty much no data to support the stability argument. In fact, I've seen it suggested that based on statistical evidence, if a manager isn't cutting it after a crazy tiny number of games (like 15 or something) a club is as well cutting their losses and getting rid. CJGJ
A club these days should be structured so that the manager/first team coach has an input into the youth system but not the ability to restructure it all. The youth structure should be seen more long term and not subject to yearly changes.
Sexton Hardcastle
Probably got offered hee haw funds and expected to compete with the big boys coming down. They overachieved this season but blew it last several games. Probably the hardest/most competitive league in the world. Will be on his way to palace/hull/Sunderland or the likes. Mikey1874
Because he walked out? Reverse. Leeds have had a very solid stable year and have successfully transitioned into new ownership Yeah People are out of touch. Cellino actually has been good for the club albeit some bad moves too. Bear in mind the awful position the club was in as long as 15 years ago. It is taking a long time to come through everything. Elland Road not owned by club for example. It was a disappointment end season slump. But actually led directly to this takeover. Cellino committed to sell if missed play offs. Lets see. The club actually has been quite stable in results for years. Albeit not what the size of club outside looking in should achieve but realistically up until now they have been up against it.A huge disappointment for them to lose Monk. It was always on the cards but he leaves some sort of platform for the next man in. In short the job is now one that people would covet rather than someone who needs a break

As someone else pointed out Leeds should be one of the biggest teams in England. It may be improving but it's nowhere near good enough for that club. Their fans have been dicked around for years. If they got back to the Premiership, they would easily have 35 - 45k fans

Are you related to the owners??You need to know a lot more about the very complicated existence of Leeds United over 20 years. It's not as simple as that. The new owners are on their 4th day Again that doesn't tell the whole story, it's a positive transition for Leeds. The curve does appear to be heading up rather than basket case down. Locky
Who actually is this new owner? Judging by his name he's another Italian? Doubt he's much better than Cellino. Section Q
Kewell was great for Leeds. Left Leeds in a fire sale to Liverpool for 6 or 7 million and he split the money with his agent. The club got nothing. Don't think he's all that welcome at Elland Rd these days. Did nothing for Liverpool. Was substituted in the European Cup final at 3-0 down and they went onto win without him. Ridsdale sanctioned the ridiculous contracts and transfer fees, then when the brown stuff hit the spinny metal thing.. he bolted.. ! Cellino was a diet romanov, the new owner at least has a game plan, has appointed well at director level and word is ranieri is inbound. This coming season could be/has to be.. the one.. they get back up. Financially worse off than sh#te like Bournemouth and Middlesbrough..true.. but if they get back into the EPL and are run properly then no reason they shouldn't be top 10 at least
Rudi5kaceldream1ng
Eh? OP this is a lazy & under researched post. You'll find most Leeds United fans are very much in celebratory mode right now given Cellino has been bought out by a reputable new owner. Leeds are my outside bet for promotion next season-they're a huge club and in no way a basket case should they climb back up to the premier league. mayfield
Harry Kewell is an absolute wank As an Aussie or always been on the fence with Kewell. He was in world-class form for a few years with Leeds and won them many games with many x-factor moments. He turned into a tosser though as the years went on - after leaving Liverpool he was at galatasaray where they idolised him. Had a great goals ratio there and seemed to be loving his football. However that ended and he went around the Middle East backwaters for the sake of money and then ended up on the a-league and did Sweet **** all. Should've stayed in turkey.
