redjambo
I was in Belgrade once during derby weekend and the atmosphere was "interesting" to say the least. And yet in Greece, where they're having similar violence at football matches, the attempts by the government to bring in (reasonable, imo) legislation to allow them to tackle the problem have led to both UEFA and FIFA threatening the Greek FA with a ban from world football due to government interference (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/32425151). One more example to show that UEFA/FIFA honestly believe that they have a greater legal standing than countries themselves.
stevie1874
Crazy scenes, any idea what started it ? Or are all their games like this. Maybe we should invite some over for next season as stewards for when Celtic come to tynecastle
Locky
Crazy scenes. Why do these fans think it's acceptable though to turn on police who are trying to calm the madness down? More to the point, in what looks like Red Star fans doing it, why are they ripping out all the seats from their own stadium making it look a mess, and leaving their club with a healthy clean up job and bill to pay. BelgeJambo
Not just football. I have seen the thugs that follow Djorkovic at the tennis in Paris. Started fights outside the main courts at a Roland Garos

cuthy2k
In the stadium, why don't the police just wade in and literally crack some bones? They are clearly not going to pacify the thugs by just standing there...
