A boy I know - already the owner of a thick beard - has shaved it into the full 18th-century steam train conductor look for the month. Don't really see the point, but there you go. As for me, don't think I can grow a moustache. The longest I've ever let it go is about four weeks and my stubble just gets longer and longer without ever really filling out into something substantial. I will not sponsor the 'Look At Me' brigade, some of whom are in my work, who send blanket emails to everybody, with photographs, updates, and a running commentary.
