Are many folk wearing the collar up on their home top? Does it look ok or a bit knobish?

Only the big bad guys. ;)

I'm trying to get my head round why anyone of sound mind would dream of posting a thread like this on here:)

You need a really big shiny medallion to really pull it off.

I agree. Yours looks great with your:

'Jim fixed it for me' medalion. ;)

I'm going to get a mullet, put the collar up with the hair tucked in the back, and smoke a pipe.

You are making the obvious mistake of presuming everyone on kickback is of sound mind.

Craig Gordons Gloves

I used to always wear my collar up on rugby tops, fitba tops and polo shirts. But that was in the early 90s and i was in my late teens. Now, the only people i see with popped collars are kids that shop in Abercrombie.

Collars down as a mark of respect. The home top should be worn with pride but worn properly.

can you not wear one side up and one side down?? I need someone to decide for me :sad3:

I tried to pretend I was Cantona after scoring a delicious chip at 5s. Unfortunately I found the collar a little too flimsy to sit correctly. I hope this helps with your query.

You're still young though Morph, Home Eccie days still fresh in your mind!

Anyway, he got one of the same style buttons that is already on the shirt, a wee popper one. Not your traditional button and hole. Cost him a tenner. He's a posing *******.

How stupid some people can be on here, the collar is there to enable the wearing of a tie but Hearts ties only please nothing too vulgar. Open neck is acceptable on non match days.
