Watched the first one myself.

Not sure either. It's got a touch of Fringe about it though, which is no bad thing.

Aye, watched the first two episodes and will continue with it. I like it and expect a couple of wicked twists as the plot develops

Went for Whitechapel on Netflix. Missed on BBC first time round. Bit cornyish but like Phil Davis. That said onto 4th season in a week.

HeartOfWestLothian

I watched “Mars” on Netflix during the week after getting caught up in the Spacex hype.

Only 6 episodes in season 1, worth a watch imo.

Trauma looks quite good with John Simm. A revenge thriller, always liked him as an actor

Been watching this, LIke John Simm and Adrien Lester - Very much got the feel of the Ben Affleck and Sam Jackson movie Changing Lanes.

John Simmhas another out at the exact same time called Collateral - refusing to watch it for awhile or I will just get annoyed at both shows.

Loving Waco so far, not sure how much poetic license has been used to date, but seems to me if it is an accurate account far less stringent measures could have been taken, oops forgot it was the Good ol' USA.

Say What Again

Bit behind the times, but finally finished The Punisher. A couple of the early episodes dragged a bit, building the relationship between Castle and Micro, but **** me does it kick off after that!

Really enjoyed it but the graphic violence might be a bit much for some. I had to look away at one point during the penultimate episode.

Best of the Netflix Marvel series for me - and I'm a fan of their Daredevil and Jessica Jones.

Onto Gomorrah s3 now.

Yes - it starts a bit cheap and tacky (the battles are noticeably smaller in the first couple of series) . It continually gets better though.

Indeed. I appreciate a lot of it will be CGI but they must have had to build some of the buildings and at least a couple of Viking ships. Looks fantastic. You can see they have spent the dough.

It gives a detailed insight to politics I could never imagine. The actors must have loved being involved in the story line for so long.

I've watched 4 episodes and it's fantastic. ade Edmondson is cast in each episode but I haven't spotted him so I'm assuming he is in the last 2 episodes.

ha ha didn't see your comments when I posted. I enjoyed the first episode but an hour long it might just be a touch too long, perhaps 45 minutes is more adequate. We'll see...

It's like Marco Polo, looks brilliant. But I don't feel like it's going anywhere

Finished Travelers on Netflix, enjoyed it and sets up well for a second series. 7/10.

2 episodes to go of 7 Seconds, also on Netflix, bit slow to start with but well worth sticking with it, 8/10.

Escobar PHM

We've been binge watching a series called 'This is Us' this week

It centres round a family with triplets and follows them through the various stages in their lives. Watched the Pilot with my missus determined not to like it because of the synopsis and the subject matter but its actually really REALLY good. One to watch with the wife probably but its got plenty going on and some of it is pretty strong emotional stuff (for the greeters amongst us) Pretty well written and acted with some funny bits (not laugh out loud - just a smile to the face sort of funny)

Half way through Season 1 (out of 2) now and I'd give it a solid 7/10

I got in on Kodi. Its not on Sky Box sets that I can see so Ive no idea (Kodi apart) where you'd find it.
