I played golf last week with a guy whos father was in the Ukrainian Military in 1917. In fact, he was a Kosak (spelling) and very very wealthy so effectively on the losing side of the revolution.

He was captured and was set to be executed but managed to escape from Hospital and swim across the Danube to get away. His family home (which by all accounts was bigger than holyrood palace) became the Communist party headquarters. Its a bit outside Kiev. Was a great educational round of golf.

Revolt against the Romanovs in Russia, and Lenin gets in.

Revolt against Romanov in Scotland, Lennon might get in.

Even this happened after the Hibees won it

one of the greatest pieces of music ever IMHO - great sections at 3:20 minutes , 8:30 and from 13.30 onwards which really capture the fire of revolution and the contrast between the authorities and the popular movement. Fantastic soudn quality for a youtube video too
